During the past year, it seemed the pandemic brought the comforting familiarities of both ordinary and remarkable days to a standstill. But life is always moving forward, and the challenges, tragedies, and fears regarding health and safety that have stressed individuals, families, companies, and governments hasn’t stopped amusement attraction professionals from making new operational plans.
Each issue of Tourist Attractions & Parks (TAP) gives its readers, who are company owners and managers throughout the United States, a chance to stay in touch with one another and improve their operations. During 2020, and now in 2021, as all types of leisure entertainment facilities have faced the tension of pandemic-required closures, restrictions, and conditional re-openings, TAP’s Contributors have kept the lines of communication open with attraction professionals. The resulting stories provide operational insights our readership can relate to, connect with, and draw on going forward.
