Alexander Kress, president of Benchmark Games, recently announced the retirement of Rich Long, a 42-year industry veteran and long-time member of the company’s sales team.
Long began his career in 1974 with Time-Out Family Amusement Centers operating arcades throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. Twenty years later and 130 stores total, Long joined LaserTron to operate laser tags in multiple family entertainment centers (FECs) around the country. Long then joined Benchmark after a successful expansion of LaserTron.
“We thank Rich for his years of service both to Benchmark and our industry and hope he enjoys the fruits of all his labor with a relaxed retirement for years to come,” Kress said.
