The GameALERT system from Tokens Direct reports what other systems do not, automatically sending alert messages whenever a changer is out of service.
The system solves problems caused by, for example, an accidentally unplugged machine. In this scenario, patrons may walk away from the changer rather than reporting a disabled unit to a manager. The GameALERT system notifies an attraction’s owner or manager so the machine can be plugged in before revenue is lost.
Using the GameALERT system, supervisors can even be notified when specific games have not been played in a set period of time. The alerts arrive as texts or emails, and are always featured on GameALERT’s easy access dashboard.
