Bingemans, one of Southwestern Ontario’s most popular family entertainment centers, has opened the Kingpin Bowlounge, a 28-lane, 43,000-square-foot venue. The new addition is the largest bowling center in the Waterloo Region and features state-of-the-art Brunswick technology as well as a Playdium Game Center and the largest outdoor patio in the area.
The location was founded in Kitchener, Ontario, in 1938 as The Dairy Bar with 13 stools for patrons to enjoy milk shakes, sodas, ice cream and sandwiches, along with bacon and eggs for sale. The attraction is now a family entertainment and catering complex complete with Canada’s first wave pool, a camping resort with more than 450 individual campsites, several golf courses, a waterpark, a “playland” and now, Brunswick bowling.
