People Are On the Move at Helix Leisure

Helix Leisure, parent company of Embed, LAI Games and The Locker Network, has announced the hiring of key personnel to support the exponential growth they have experienced in the past year, and to ensure the company meets its commitments to a growing customer base.

Rosa Tahmaseb is the new managing director for the Helix Leisure EMEA office in Dubai, UAE. She will oversee the company’s operations and work to identify and foster new opportunities in the European, Middle Eastern and Asian markets.

Helix Leisure has also appointed a 28-year veteran of the gaming industry, Guy Lee, as its operations director of the North American office, located in Dallas, Texas. In this leadership support role, Guy oversees the daily operations and provides key initiatives to continually streamline and improve system processes.

With emphasis on service excellence, Guy holds the customer experience as key to these endeavors. He brings a wealth of international operations experience to the company, having worked for Royal Caribbean International, Norwegian Cruise Line and, most recently, Gulfstream Park Racing & Casino, where he held the position of director of slot operations.

In another equally important role, Shane Galford joins Helix Leisure as the new support manager for Embed.
