Fernandez Family Brings Johnny Rockets to Hawaii

Hawaii’s first ever Johnny Rockets restaurant is now open in Pearl City, Hawaii, thanks to a partnership formed by Linda Fernandez, president of Fun Factory, Inc., the indoor entertainment arm of the Fernandez family of companies, and Scott Fernandez, president of E.K. Fernandez Shows, which produces fairs and carnivals throughout the Hawaiian islands.  The partnership is called Fun Foods LLC, and Linda and Scott have plans to expand the Johnny Rockets brand throughout the Islands.

The grand opening of the inaugural Johnny Rockets restaurant in Hawaii was met with great enthusiasm by eager patrons lining up at the doors for Johnny Rockets’ famous burgers, shakes and fries.

“We are very excited to bring the Johnny Rockets concept to the Islands.  We have tremendous community support and a well-respected brand,” Linda Fernandez said

“Our family has a long legacy of bringing joy, food, and entertainment to Hawaii’s families, and we are looking forward to taking our 100-plus years of experience and applying it to our Johnny Rockets restaurants throughout Hawaii and Guam,” Scott Fernandez said.
