Live Oak Bank has announced the addition of two new members to its entertainment center lending team, Mike Cairns and Barbara Duda. As the lending needs of entertainment centers across the United States evolve and grow, Live Oak continues to be committed to providing financing to this space.

FEC Senior Loan Officer Mike Cairns has over eight years of commercial banking and lending experience. He previously held various key roles at Talmer Bank and Trust in Troy, Michigan.
FEC Underwriter Barbara Duda has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry and has been in underwriting at Live Oak since 2010. She has held many significant roles in various banks.
