Frostline products are creamy, fat free and have no lactose ingredients. These products are also free of cholesterol and gluten, making it appealing to many patrons with dietary restrictions, with fewer than 100 calories per 4 ounce serving.
Dairy products are costly to operators because of waste and spoilage. Products have a 12-month shelf life to free up cooler and freezer space while eliminating rotation issues and helping operators minimize waste. Each bag of Frostline Soft Serve yields 2 ½ gallons or approximately 90 4 ounce servings.
