R & R Creates Three Waterpark Projects for the 2011 SeasonNovember 2, 2011 No Comments
Celebrating their 30th year in the theme park design business, R & R Creative Amusement Designs Inc. of Anaheim, Calif., designed and directed three projects at waterpark attractions last summer.
At Mulligan Family Fun Center in Murrieta, Calif., the company created the thematic designs for a new Western-themed water play tower.
At Hyland Hills Waterworld, where the company has been designing and theming water rides and buildings for over 20 years, the latest attraction last summer was “Pirate’s Plunge.” This project was the rebuilding of an existing slide tower into a buccaneer theme including the addition of three new slides.
The third project was providing all building designs, graphic designs and thematic designs at the company’s fourth Hawaiian Falls waterpark in Roanoke, Texas, and working closely with Whitewater West to design all the slide colors, graphics and character designs for the tower attraction.
