GameALERT Offers Remote Tracking for Token-based FECs

GameALERT, a division of TokensDirect, introduces a real-time business information system for token-based family entertainment centers. With this web-based, low-cost system, operators can track revenue, game performance and potential problems remotely.
GameALERT tracks activity, volume of tokens received, and tickets paid out to provide an accurate snapshot of individual game performance. Games are monitored with text alerts for low or jammed tickets and game inactivity. GameALERT also monitors changers, reporting how much money is taken in, how many tokens are dispensed, and the level of token hoppers and bill cassettes. This allows operators to refill in a timely fashion.
TokensDirect has a long history of supplying family entertainment centers with tokens. In addition to sales of GameALERT hardware and software, the company also provides unlimited telephone support of GameAlert systems.
